Kinship is a contrast therapy and recovery club at 88 Caine Road, opened in September 2026. Members move between a sauna, cold plunges including an ice plunge, a hot pool, and other recovery tools. There is also a café and an open floor for breathwork, meditation and yoga. We are not a gym and not a spa. Our mission is to build a vibrant, forward-looking recovery culture, starting in Hong Kong.
