Job summary

YesStyle.com is seeking a Strategy Planning & Execution Analyst to shape strategic direction and enable execution across the company. You will generate insights from research, support cross-functional alignment, and apply AI-enabled tools to improve analysis speed and quality.

Office in Hong Kong with a hybrid approach; you will collaborate with teams across functions, leverage data, and prepare leadership-ready recommendations. Fluency in English and Chinese is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Data Analytics, or another relevant discipline.
• 3+ years of strategy, management consulting, business planning, or similar analytical role.
• Structured problem-solving with ability to define questions, assess evidence, and make recommendations.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytics with commercial judgment.
• Excellent project and stakeholder management to lead without formal authority.
• High curiosity for AI and digital tools and ability to work across functions.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Design strategic workstreams and align across functions to support growth and priorities.
• Synthesize performance data and market intelligence into actionable recommendations.
• Evaluate partners, platforms, and opportunities for strategic fit and value.
• Prioritize initiatives with consistent criteria and track milestones and dependencies.
• Apply AI-enabled tools to improve speed and quality of strategic analysis and decision support.
