Job summary

AIA in Hong Kong is seeking an AI Solution Analyst to help design, evaluate, and implement AI-enabled solutions within our Technology, Data and Analytics transformation.

You will work with business and tech teams to translate needs into practical architectures, contribute to PoCs, ensure alignment with enterprise standards, and support governance and knowledge sharing across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in CS/engineering/science or equivalent.
• Relevant experience in AI projects.
• Customer-focused and good team player.
• Strong communication in English, Mandarin or Cantonese.

Responsibilities

• Support AI initiatives by researching technologies and industry trends.
• Gather requirements and assist with planning and tracking AI projects.
• Assist in proof-of-concept (POC) and prototyping activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align AI solutions with business objectives and governance.
