Qualifications

• University graduate with degree in Engineering, Computer Science, STEM or equivalent
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Fluency in local language is a must
• Good understanding of IT terminology, networking concepts, computing hardware and assembling
• Good understanding of IoT devices and other hardware
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• 1 year of relevant IT or AI experience in customer services, presales, post sales or Technical Support

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise including on-the-job training on the company's patented multi-sensory AI solutions
• Involve in matching the company's AI to meet customer requirements
• Involve in preparing and presenting AI proposals for specific customers
• Involve in constant customer follow-ups aiming to win opportunities
• Involve in setting up strategic partnerships
