Job summary

KOS International Limited in Hong Kong seeks an AI and Data Solution Business Partner to drive strategic data, BI, analytics, GenAI and Agentic AI initiatives. You will orchestrate across divisions, translating business needs into roadmaps and ensuring value-led delivery from design to operations.

The role requires 6+ years in technology with data/AI transformation, strong leadership, and the ability to influence without direct authority. Fluency in English and Chinese is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 6 years' broad technology experience with data, analytics and AI-driven transformation.
• Able to lead discussions and shape direction toward clear outcomes.
• Evidence-led, using data to make decisions.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and challenging existing ways for better AI solutions.
• Strong relationships and collaboration to align stakeholders.
• Experience across full programme lifecycle from design to value realization.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese.
