Job summary

Charterhouse Hong Kong is seeking a Total Rewards professional to join our HR team. You will assist in managing annual compensation cycles, including merit increases, bonus distributions, and salary adjustments.

You will benchmark roles against market data, conduct job evaluations with HR Business Partners, and maintain salary structures. In addition, you will oversee benefits inquiries, open enrollment, and generate rewards reports to support executive decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' progressive HR experience with focus on compensation and benefits.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivots, complex formulas) and Power BI.
• Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday, BambooHR, ADP) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of wage and hour laws, job evaluation, and market pricing.
• Excellent analytical, detail-oriented, and confidential information handling.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing annual compensation cycles, including merit increases, bonus distributions, and salary adjustments.
• Participate in annual salary surveys, benchmark roles against market data, and maintain salary structures.
• Conduct job evaluations and partner with HRBPs on job descriptions and leveling.
• Serve as a primary contact for benefits inquiries and coordination of open enrollment.
• Generate rewards reports, cost-benefit analyses, and workforce metrics for decision-making.
• Support total rewards communications and ongoing process improvements.
