Job summary

Randstad Hong Kong Limited is seeking a skilled Total Rewards Manager to own the corporate rewards and incentives framework across the organization. The role focuses on designing and governing international rewards programs and standardizing regional pay policies for consistency and equity.

You will serve as the main internal consultant to business leaders, guiding compensation strategy across multiple entities and ensuring competitive, compliant programs aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of specialized experience handling comprehensive compensation and benefits.
• Background in regional, group-level corporate structures or professional HR consulting is highly valued.
• Solid background in pay structuring, salary benchmarking data, and incentive plan management.
• University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
• Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee international rewards programs and standardize regional pay policies.
• Act as the main internal consultant for business leaders across diverse entities.
• Lead Year-End planning for salary adjustments, bonuses, and budgeting.
• Ensure compliance with labour regulations and competitive market positioning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional HR partners to implement corporate guidelines smoothly.
