Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, finance, accounting, statistics, or related discipline.
• 8–12 years of Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, or HR analytics experience.
• Proven experience managing regional compensation and benefits programmes across multiple countries.
• Strong expertise in bonus scheme design, incentive plans, salary reviews, and benchmarking.
• Experience preparing people budgets, workforce planning models, headcount reports, and compensation analytics.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR teams and business leaders across the region to support compensation & benefits design and implementation.
• Contribute to annual salary review processes, incentive plans, bonus frameworks, and recognition schemes across markets.
• Lead consolidation and analysis of regional compensation data to provide insights for decision-making.
• Oversee management of employee benefits programs across markets for competitiveness and cost efficiency.
• Drive budgeting and forecasting for people costs, including salary increments and workforce planning.
• Support job evaluation, mapping, and grading to ensure regional consistency.
