Job summary

Celestica Hong Kong Limited seeks a Senior Manager, Strategic Supply Chain to ensure material availability for new designs and production ramps. Lead supplier networks, manage NPI readiness, and mitigate supply risks while driving cost-reduction initiatives and SCM strategy across sites.

You will oversee customer interfaces, contract cost recoveries, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize supply chain performance and responsiveness in a dynamic electronics environment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Educational requirements may vary by geography.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation and problem resolution skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong knowledge of global supply chain management, import/export, regulatory and logistics management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure uninterrupted material availability to support production schedules across product life cycles.
• Lead design of flexible supplier networks with cost discipline.
• Manage NPI readiness, inventory planning and risk mitigation for supply continuity.
• Drive SCM strategy, cost recovery and customer inquiries.
• Coach sites on SIOP, inventory reviews and continuous improvement.
