Job summary

Celestica Hong Kong Limited is seeking an experienced Planning and Inventory Manager to drive the planning and inventory processes for the site. You will advance specialist knowledge in planning and inventory management, mentor team members, and coordinate successful inventory projects while balancing technical and people aspects.

The role involves leading cross-functional collaboration to meet inventory goals, facilitate continuous improvements, and ensure alignment with global SCM practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Materials Management, Engineering or related field, or consideration of an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Educational requirements may vary by geography.
• 7+ years of experience

Responsibilities

• Drive inventory planning and management to achieve targeted inventory levels and turns.
• Coordinate with Purchasing and SLM teams to manage material shortages and ensure clear to builds.
• Lead and coordinate SIOP processes and ensure accurate data, timely submissions and execution.
• Ensure production schedules meet customer requirements and on-time delivery.
• Manage RMA processes and collaborate with other departments on repairs and dispositions.
