Job summary

Celestica Inc. in Hong Kong seeks a Supply Chain Manager - JDM to lead strategic sourcing, supplier selection and development, and cost-reduction initiatives for our Connectivity and Cloud Solutions segment.

You will coordinate global supplier relationships and align supply chain activities with product design teams. The role requires 9+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing, ability to travel up to 25%, and strong negotiation, analytics, and communication skills to drive performance

Qualifications

• 9+ years of relevant experience in electronic manufacturing or supply chain roles.
• Strong understanding of import/export, regulatory and logistics management.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Able to communicate effectively with executives and customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing, supplier selection and development for high-dollar components.
• Negotiate contracts and guide commodity management teams.
• Coordinate cost analyses from BOM pricing to delivery performance.
• Collaborate with Global Design teams to optimize supply chain for Celestica products.
