Celestica, Inc. in Hong Kong seeks a seasoned Manager, Supply Chain to lead a cross-functional team responsible for material shortages, demand management, and inventory optimization.

You will partner with Purchasing, Planning, and Operations to ensure on-time delivery and optimal stock levels. The role requires at least 7 years in supply chain, a Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering, and strong analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in supply chain management or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Materials Management, Engineering or related field; equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilidades

• Drives team to manage material shortages to ensure Clear to Builds in collaboration with Purchasing and SLM Team.
• Supports liaison between customer project management and internal departments on new product requirements.
• Ensures timely and accurate demand management when handled by Planning Team.
• Drives actions to meet inventory targets, including excess, surplus, and obsolescence mitigation.
• Leads SIOP process and ensures data accuracy and timely rhythm meetings with stakeholders.
• Manages RMA orders and coordinates with other departments to meet repair commitments.
• Maintains annual physical inventory and site surplus/excess sale processes.
