The Supply Assurance Lead at Celestica ensures uninterrupted material availability for new designs moving into full-scale production. You will design flexible supplier networks, manage NPI readiness and inventory planning, and mitigate supply risks to support production schedules.

You will drive cost-reduction initiatives, lead SCM strategy and customer inquiries, enforce contract cost recoveries, and coach site teams on SIOP and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of related experience in supply chain management.
• Experience in NPI, SIOP, and cost recovery processes.
• Strong supplier network design and inventory planning.
• Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Ensure uninterrupted material availability for new designs transitioning to production.
• Design flexible supplier networks with cost efficiency and scalability.
• Lead inventory planning, risk mitigation, and SIOP alignment across sites.
• Drive cost-reduction initiatives and secure contractual cost recoveries.
• Coordinate SCM strategy, customer inquiries, and supplier localization projects.
• Coach cross-functional teams on pricing, supplier performance, and continuous improvement.
• Interface with customers as SCM focal point and manage freight/logistics optimization.
