Job description

We are looking for a high-impact leader to serve as the primary strategic interface between our global clients and our manufacturing operations. Operating within a global electronics manufacturing services (EMS) leader, you will orchestrate complex supply chain initiatives to ensure seamless product delivery and operational agility. This is a high-visibility, customer-centric role that requires frequent collaboration across our diverse production hubs.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Client Management: Act as the lead consultant for global partners, aligning their demand forecasts with factory capabilities to ensure supply continuity.

Operational Execution: Oversee the end-to-end material lifecycle, including deep-dive BOM assessments and ensuring "clear-to-build" readiness for scheduled production runs.

NPI & Scaling Support: Drive the logistical framework for new product introductions, managing the transition from initial qualification through to high-volume manufacturing.
Process Engineering: Design and implement sophisticated supply chain workflows that enhance flexibility and mitigate global inventory risks.

Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with internal commodity experts and external vendors to fine-tune procurement strategies and elevate overall site performance.

Requirements:

8+ years of relevant experience with Proven track record in orchestrating large-scale supply chain operations, ideally within an EMS or ODM environment.

Deep familiarity with factory-floor dynamics and the complexities of high-tech production cycles.

Skilled in demand planning, inventory modeling, and comprehensive BOM management.

Fluency in Cantonese & English is mandatory for high-level stakeholder engagement.

Willingness to undertake regular business travel across Southeast Asia to support regional manufacturing sites and partner engagement.
