Job summary

ICE Data Services in Hong Kong seeks a Relationship Manager to build trusted, value-added relationships with key clients in the territory. You will speak at a strategic level with assigned customers and represent all ICE Data Services.

Responsibilities include managing revenue streams, expanding the base, and leading account planning and renegotiations. Fluency in English and Japanese is essential to interact with external stakeholders and senior executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in financial services.
• 5+ years client relationship experience.
• Self-driven, motivated and proactive.
• English and Japanese communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage revenue streams across ICE Data Services portfolio.
• Maintain and expand revenue base while mitigating risks.
• Develop relationships across all client levels, including C-suite.
• Lead strategic account planning and renegotiations.
• Identify new business opportunities with the sales team.
• Coordinate internal resources to ensure delivery and resolve issues.
