Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a strategic customer engagement and digital transformation programme. You will drive end-to-end project delivery across CRM, data integration, and AI-enabled capabilities with cross-functional teams.

Work closely with business and technology stakeholders to shape roadmaps, manage timelines, and ensure successful outcomes aligned with strategic objectives in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience delivering business and technology initiatives.
• Experience in digital transformation, CRM, customer engagement, data, or enterprise platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing projects involving multiple systems, integrations, and business teams.
