Job summary

Techforce Group Limited is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a large-scale CRM transformation for a major enterprise, leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure Cloud. You will drive delivery across multiple workstreams with business stakeholders, architects, developers, testers, and vendors.

You will manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and governance, ensure architecture and security compliance, and guide releases into production.

Qualifications

Experience managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation, enhancement, or transformation projects.
Experience managing cloud-based technology initiatives on Microsoft Azure.
Demonstrated stakeholder management skills across business and IT functions.
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile delivery, governance, and project controls.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of CRM transformation and enhancement initiatives.
Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies.
Engage senior business and technology stakeholders to align project objectives and delivery priorities.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including business analysts, solution architects, developers, testers, and vendors.
Establish governance frameworks, project reporting, and steering committee updates.
Drive requirement prioritization, release planning, and change management activities.
Ensure solution delivery adheres to enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards.
Monitor project progress and proactively mitigate delivery risks and blockers.
Oversee quality assurance and successful deployment of solutions into production environments.
