Job summary

Techforce Group Limited is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a large-scale CRM transformation for a major enterprise, leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure Cloud. You will drive delivery across multiple workstreams with business stakeholders, architects, developers, testers, and vendors.

You will manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and governance, ensure architecture and security compliance, and guide releases into production.

Qualifications

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a large-scale Customer Relationship Management (CRM) transformation and enhancement program for a major enterprise organization. The project involves the modernization and continuous evolution of a mission-critical customer platform leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure Cloud technologies.

This role will drive project delivery across multiple workstreams, collaborating with business stakeholders, technical teams, solution architects, and external partners to ensure successful implementation of strategic CRM capabilities and platform enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of CRM transformation and enhancement initiatives.

Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies.

Engage senior business and technology stakeholders to align project objectives and delivery priorities.

Coordinate cross-functional teams including business analysts, solution architects, developers, testers, and vendors.

Required Experience

Proven experience managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation, enhancement, or transformation projects.

Experience managing cloud-based technology initiatives on Microsoft Azure.

Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile delivery, governance, and project controls.

Preferred Experience

Experience with Azure SQL-based web application projects.

Exposure to CRM, customer engagement, marketing automation, or customer service platforms.

Experience with system integration and enterprise application ecosystems.

Microsoft and/or project management equivalent certification preferred.
