Job summary

Creation Chance Limited is seeking a proactive Business Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives from planning through delivery. You will translate research into practical plans with clear timelines, ownership, and measurable outcomes.

You will monitor progress, budgets and risks, prepare concise updates for Senior Management, and foster strong collaboration with internal teams and external partners. A degree in business and 3–5 years of relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in business or related discipline preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in project management or business operations.
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with AI tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop practical project plans with objectives, timelines, responsibilities and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives from research through to launch and review.
• Monitor progress, budgets and outstanding actions, identifying delays and helping teams resolve issues.
• Prepare concise updates outlining progress, risks and decisions for Senior Management.
• Build positive relationships across departments and levels; facilitate meetings and clear actions.
