Job summary

CTF Life is seeking an experienced Project Manager/Business Analyst Lead to guide end-to-end implementation for new product launches and strategic initiatives. You will work with internal stakeholders, IT teams, vendors and cross-functional users to deliver timely and effective outcomes.

You will define project scope, gather requirements and oversee planning, testing, launch and post-implementation reviews while ensuring governance and quality standards.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent qualification.
• At least 5 years of project management experience in life insurance or related industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of PM methodologies (Waterfall and Agile) and SDLC.
• Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, well-organised and able to manage priorities independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project implementation for new product launches and strategic initiatives.
• Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, manage scope, resources, timelines and budgets.
• Partner with IT, vendors and cross-functional users to deliver solutions.
• Define scope and business requirements aligned with management priorities.
• Conduct feasibility studies, identify risks and present mitigation options.
• Provide coaching to junior business analysts and build capability within the team.
• Prepare clear status updates and presentations for stakeholders and senior management.
