Job summary

Bank of China (Hong Kong) seeks a Project Manager to assist in multidisciplinary teams delivering strategic business improvement plans. You will ensure projects run on time, within budget and with high quality, while maintaining governance across end-to-end processes.

The role requires excellent communication of complex issues to users and stakeholders, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or equivalent.
• At least 2 years’ experience in Project Management in banking/ FI industry.
• Ability to track record of delivery to time and to budget; high competency in managing highly complex projects.
• Evidence of ability to communicate complex issues to service users and other stakeholders, clearly.

Responsibilities

• Assist in multidisciplinary project teams to deliver on the strategic business improvement plan.
• Provide expertise to ensure projects are run to time and to a high quality.
• Develop and maintain strong project governance across end-to-end process pipeline.
