You will lead project scopes, track KPIs, forecast outcomes, and communicate with senior leadership. A bachelor's degree and 3–6 years of PM/ops experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in project management, operations, or process improvement.
• Strong analytical thinking, financial forecasting, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Project Execution: Manage project scopes, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation across departments.
• Process Optimization: Audit existing workflows, identify bottlenecks, and apply continuous improvement frameworks like Lean.
• Performance & Reporting: Track KPIs, analyze ROI, and report updates to senior leadership.
• Risk & Change Management: Anticipate risks, build mitigation plans, and guide teams through operational changes.
