Zusammenfassung

Sanden International (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented Production Planner to drive end-to-end production scheduling, inventory control, and inter-department coordination in a multinational manufacturing setting.

You will maintain production calendars, monitor output, coordinate material replenishment with Procurement and Warehouse, and generate reports to support timely delivery to customers.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant manufacturing experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; ERP/MRP experience such as SAP is advantageous.
• Good organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong coordination, problem-solving and analytical abilities for cross-functional teams.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on demand, deadlines, material availability and capacity.
• Prioritize production orders and release work orders to Warehouse and Production teams.
• Monitor daily production output against plans and adjust as needed.
• Track progress, backlogs, and delivery commitments; implement recovery plans to minimize delays.
• Monitor raw materials, components, and WIP inventory; coordinate replenishment with Procurement/Warehouse.
• Manage BOMs, work orders, and production planning records in ERP/MRP system (SAP).
• Coordinate inter-company planning to optimize resource utilization across sites.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Procurement, Warehouse, Sales, and other departments to resolve shortages and delays.
