Job summary

Jtron (SAP) Pte Ltd in Hong Kong seeks an Operations Execution Planner to bridge demand and manufacturing execution. You will manage the end-to-end order lifecycle with contract manufacturers and internal stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes advanced Excel and VBA automation, ERP/MRP familiarity, and continuous process improvement to optimize planning efficiency and delivery accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain operations, planning, or execution.
• Advanced Excel with complex formulas (VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Pivot Tables).
• VBA/Macros to automate repetitive tasks and handle large datasets.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP or Oracle) is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order lifecycle with contract manufacturers and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate Schedule Ship dates and production with demand forecasts.
• Act as the primary liaison between Sales, Sales Admin, and factory to resolve inquiries and delivery commitments.
• Collaborate with Contract Manufacturers to monitor production progress and address bottlenecks.
• Coordinate material availability and logistics, prioritizing materials by urgency and constraints.
• Lead demand-to-supply reconciliation under real constraints and decide priorities within business rules.
• Develop and maintain advanced Excel tools and VBA macros to automate reporting and track KPIs.
• Drive continuous process improvements to reduce cycle times and improve delivery accuracy.
