Job summary

Michael Page International (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a seasoned Supply Planning professional to own medium- to long-term planning and drive S&OP excellence. You will lead supply-demand alignment, manage lifecycle planning, and coordinate weekly activities to optimise product availability in a multinational setting.

The role requires 5+ years in supply planning, strong SAP/IBP experience, and fluency in English and Mandarin, with a track record of influencing stakeholders and delivering

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in supply planning or supply chain management.
• Strong experience in ERP and advanced planning systems, preferably SAP and IBP.
• Knowledge of S&OP, inventory management, and planning processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain medium to long-term supply planning strategies.
• Lead supply-demand alignment activities and monitor planning KPIs.
• Facilitate monthly S&OP and supply review meetings.
• Manage product lifecycle planning, including launches and discontinuations.
• Coordinate weekly planning activities to optimise availability and supply continuity.
• Track inventory performance and implement actions to reduce supply-related risks.
• Ensure data accuracy in SAP, IBP, and related planning systems.
• Serve as a planning systems expert and drive process enhancements.
• Support audit activities and maintain compliance with supply chain policies.
