Job summary

Ocean Park Corporation is seeking a Planning Team member in the Retail Operation Department to manage stock allocation and system settings, supporting demand forecasting for souvenirs, skill games, photos and eShop operations.

You will conduct regular stock and sales analyses, maintain SAP and POS master data, and coordinate inventory tasks across outlets to maximize performance and promote integrated promotions.

Qualifications

• Degree or above in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related disciplines.
• 3-5 years of demand forecast and stock allocation experience with knowledge in retail performance metrics is an advantage but not essential.
• Strong sense of responsibility, attention to details.
• Good interpersonal and coordination skill.
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications, especially Excel.
• Experience with SAP and POS application is an advantage.
• Strong technical skills with ability to handle various retail system settings to facilitate integrated promotion programs.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Handle stock allocation and consolidation for retail outlets to maximize sales and sell-through rate of stock.
• Handle POS and retail systems settings to support daily retail operations.
• Assist in demand forecast and order planning to support the operation of souvenir, skill game, photo and eShop business under the department.
• Conduct regular sales and stock analysis for measuring product and promotion performance.
• Assist in master data maintenance in SAP and POS system.
• Perform inventory management related tasks and ad hoc duties as assigned.
