Job summary

ST Engineering is seeking a Senior Procurement Executive / Assistant Manager to drive end-to-end sourcing of materials and services. The role partners with business units to create value, manage supply risk, and oversee the full PO lifecycle in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate will lead strategic sourcing, negotiate favorable terms, and provide data-driven recommendations. Working location is Singapore with standard hours and cross-functional exposure.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain management.
• Strong commercial mindset with P&L awareness.
• Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop a resilient supplier base and monitor market trends.
• Lead RFI, RFP, and RFQ processes ensuring procurement governance.
• Negotiate terms to optimize total cost of ownership and SLAs.
• Conduct price and cost-structure analyses; build data-driven cases for approvals.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement with operations.
• Manage vendor performance, risk, and the full PO lifecycle including changes and reconciliation.
