Job summary

ATAL Engineering Ltd, a leading E&M service provider, is seeking a Senior Procurement Officer to manage the full procurement cycle including vendor sourcing, evaluation and contract negotiation to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely delivery. The role requires 8+ years in office administration and procurement, strong data analysis and MS Office skills, and fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Over 8 years’ solid working experience in all-round office administration and procurement role, preferable in sizable companies.
• Experience in procurement, project management, workflow improvement, data analysis is preferable.
• Good communications and interpersonal skills, able to interact effectively with people at all levels.
• Well-organized with attention to details.
• Mature, proactive, self-motivated and independent working attitude.
• Good command in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Proficient in using MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full procurement cycle from sourcing to contract negotiation to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
• Handle procurement transactions such as SIM cards, stationery, office equipment, staff uniforms, and other items.
• Perform daily office administration and operations tasks including travel planning and data analysis.
• Renew service contracts (travel, copier, office consumables, cleaning) timely.
• Prepare management reports to support business reviews and decisions.
• Provide administrative support to daily team operations and liaise with internal/external parties.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned.
• Communicate with internal/external parties to ensure smooth operations.
