Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong is seeking a seasoned procurement lead to drive end-to-end sourcing of electronic components and Enterprise IT infrastructure, including compute, networking, storage, and hardware. You will source reliable suppliers overseas (excluding Hong Kong and Mainland China) and manage the full procurement cycle.

You will negotiate contracts, manage supplier relationships, ensure governance, and improve procurement processes while collaborating with business units to align

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• 3+ years of procurement experience in electronic components or IT infrastructure.
• Experience in contract drafting and supplier management.
• Strong written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
• Excellent Excel skills (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement across electronic components and IT infrastructure.
• Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate terms, and manage contracts.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and governance.
• Coordinate with business units to align sourcing with needs.
• Drive process improvements and governance across procurement activities.
• Mentor team members and oversee timely delivery of projects.
