Job summary

Michael Page International (Hong Kong) Limited is recruiting a senior procurement leader to own and optimize procurement and sourcing operations across APAC manufacturing facilities. You will lead end-to-end sourcing, supplier selection, negotiation and vendor management, with strong mechanical parts sourcing experience and ERP/data analytics focus.

The role emphasizes leadership of a purchasing team and driving cost, quality and delivery improvements, with extensive regional exposure.

Qualifications

Degree holder in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
10+ years of procurement experience within consumer products, electrical appliances, OEM/ODM, or manufacturing.
End-to-end sourcing, supplier management, cost optimization, and material control experience.
Strong sourcing in mechanical components and manufacturing parts.
Proficient in ERP systems and data analysis with strong commercial acumen.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management and supplier negotiation skills.
Demonstrated leadership with ability to develop and lead high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end procurement, including sourcing, supplier selection, negotiation, and vendor management.
Drive supplier performance, cost savings, quality, and delivery improvements.
Oversee material planning, inventory control, and order management.
Identify sourcing opportunities and continuously improve procurement processes.
