Job summary

CPJobs International in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced procurement professional to manage end-to-end procurement, supplier performance, and cross-functional collaboration. The role focuses on sourcing, negotiations, and vendor relationships within a dynamic manufacturing context.

The ideal candidate will have a decade or more in procurement operations, strong ERP and data analysis skills, and fluency in English and Chinese to engage with diverse suppliers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related disciplines.
• Proven experience in full procurement operation including sourcing, vendor management, cost leadership and material control.
• Process consumer products manufacturing experience preferably in electrical appliances manufacturing with at least 10 years of experience.
• Proficiency in ERP system and procurement software with data analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Manage the whole procurement process including sourcing, quotation, vendor selection, cost negotiation and vendor management.
• Monitor supplier performance and establish strong relationships to meet KPI including cost reduction, lead time reduction, quality monitoring and payment terms control
• Stay updated on market trends, industry best practices and technological advancements to drive continuous improvement in procurement processes
• Responsible for the procurement administration, customer order processing, material planning, inventory control and project management
• Coaching and team development
