Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong is seeking a senior procurement leader to drive global sourcing strategies, optimize spend, and strengthen governance across the procurement function. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, advance ERP/P2P and analytics, manage supplier performance, and support international travel to engage partners in Mainland China, Vietnam, and beyond.

The ideal candidate has 5–10+ years in procurement, a track record in indirect sourcing, and the ability to deliver cost

Qualifications

5–10+ years in procurement/supply chain.
Strong experience in indirect procurement and global sourcing.
Proven track record in cost optimization and transformation.
Experience with ERP systems and analytics tools (e.g., SAP, Power BI).
Frequent business travel required (e.g., Mainland China, Vietnam).

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional standardization initiatives and review operational performance.
R&D on procurement process optimization and digital initiatives (ERP/P2P, automation tools).
Develop global sourcing strategies and deliver cost savings.
Manage supplier performance and drive strategic partnerships.
Strengthen procurement governance, KPI tracking, and spend transparency.
