Job summary

OKX is seeking a Senior Strategy PMO / Project Manager to join the CEO Office / Intelligence & Performance (IP) team. This role blends strategy, execution, and organizational scaling to drive cross-functional initiatives across growth, platform risk, and trading product experience.

You will partner with senior leadership to turn strategy into roadmaps, establish governance, remove bottlenecks, and lead high-complexity programs.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of strategy PMO, program management, or high-impact project delivery roles.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with hunger to build and scale.
• Strong analytical thinking with data-driven decision making.
• Experience in fintech, crypto, or platform-heavy organizations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to work with executives.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end planning and execution of company-level strategic initiatives.
• Own the health and evolution of core trading/platform experience.
• Translate strategy into executable roadmaps and delivery mechanisms.
• Establish and refine project governance to improve execution and visibility.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive structural solutions.
• Lead high-complexity, cross-functional programs.
• Support AI transformation initiatives across product and operations.
• Provide executive updates on progress, risks, and trade-offs.
• Act as a force multiplier for leadership and organizational velocity.
