OKX is seeking a Senior Data Scientist, Growth Analytics, to join our data science team. You will own analytics that power user acquisition, activation, and retention across global markets, and design AI-powered analytics tools to scale insights.

You will measure channel performance, campaign impact, and lifecycle analytics, while partnering with growth teams to translate analyses into actionable strategies and growth levers.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• 5+ years in data science or growth analytics (fintech/crypto preferred).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end growth analytics measurement: acquisition, activation, retention.
• Lead analytics for growth campaigns and events, from sizing to readouts.
• Measure activation, engagement, and monetization across lifecycle; build cohorts and retention models.
