OKX is seeking a Senior Director of AI to lead a high-calibre AI team and own product development for autonomous agent systems. You will guide architecture, evaluation, and production deployment while driving impact across core products and business lines.

Qualifications

• Solid STEM education background.
• Experience in R&D and architecture of high-performance and low-latency systems.
• Familiar with distributed systems and microservice architecture.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead an AI team and manage hiring and performance across the function.
• Deliver autonomous AI Agent products end-to-end from requirements to production operations.
• Establish benchmark-driven evaluation frameworks with quantifiable quality signals for agent systems.
• Design and implement end-to-end Agent Harness infrastructure for stability and reliability.
