Job summary

OKX is seeking a senior AI leader to work directly with the CEO and executive team to define how AI should reshape OKX across business, product, and operations. This role combines AI expertise, business judgment, product thinking and transformation leadership to identify high-value opportunities, shape the company-wide AI roadmap, and turn strategy into measurable outcomes.

You will collaborate across Product, Engineering, Operations, Compliance, Risk, Marketing, Finance, HR and other functions,

Qualifications

Senior leadership experience across AI, technology, product or enterprise transformation.
Strong business judgment and product sense, with AI technical depth to evaluate architectures, models and production readiness.
Proven ability to take ambiguous opportunities from strategy to execution, rather than stopping at recommendations or prototypes.
Strong executive presence and ability to influence across Product, Engineering, business and functional teams without relying on direct authority.
Experience in fintech, payments, crypto, consumer technology or other regulated environments is highly valued.

Shape OKX’s AI strategy by partnering with the CEO and executive team to define AI’s impact on products, customer experience, business model and operations.
Turn strategy into tangible business impact by driving high-value AI opportunities from problem definition through pilot, production and scale.
Build company-wide AI capability with governance, operating model and Center of Excellence to scale AI across OKX.
