Job summary

OKX is seeking a senior AI leader to partner with the CEO and executive team to define how AI should reshape OKX — across business, product, and operations.

The role combines AI expertise, business judgment, product thinking, and transformation leadership to identify high-value opportunities, shape the company-wide AI roadmap, and turn strategy into measurable outcomes. You will drive development across multiple functions and scale AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience across AI, technology, product or enterprise transformation.
• Strong business judgement and product sense with AI depth to evaluate architectures and production readiness.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into execution and measurable outcomes.
• Executive presence and influence across product, engineering, business and functional teams.
• Experience in fintech, payments, crypto or regulated environments is valued.

Responsibilities

• Partner with CEO and executive team to define how AI reshapes OKX across products, customer experience, business model and operations.
• Build and manage the company-wide AI roadmap and portfolio with prioritization by value, impact, feasibility and risk.
• Translate AI developments into actionable decisions including build/buy/partner options and strategic partnerships.
• Lead delivery model with internal teams and external partners to move AI initiatives from pilot to production and scale.
• Establish operating model, governance and AI Center of Excellence to scale AI across OKX.
