Global Sports Jobs Limited is recruiting for a senior role within the Corporate Strategy & Business Planning Office. The successful candidate will shape and drive the integrated business planning process in Hong Kong and/or Mainland China, partnering with Finance and HR to align strategy, performance metrics and cross-functional initiatives.

The role requires strong analytical ability, stakeholder management skills, and the capacity to translate complex strategy into clear, actionable plans.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• About 8–12 years of work experience in leading consulting firms, corporates or institutions.
• Candidates with less experience may be considered for Manager level.
• Strong business acumen with analytical, communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Adept at translating complex ideas into clear, impactful storytelling.
• Strong curiosity with a high learning aptitude and quick knowledge absorption.

Responsabilités

• Support Club-wide IBP management in partnership with Finance and HR.
• Orchestrate senior management workshops for direction setting and resource prioritisation.
• Coordinate cross-divisional communication for efficient implementation.
• Collaborate with divisions on strategic planning and KPI development.
• Support quarterly corporate performance reviews and KPI reporting.
