Job summary

Global Sports Jobs Limited is seeking a seasoned professional to join the Corporate Strategy & Business Planning Office (CSBPO) in Hong Kong. You will help define, implement and govern the Club's integrated business planning processes and KPIs, partnering with Finance and HR to drive IBP across divisions.

You will translate complex strategic ideas into clear, actionable plans, support governance with the CEO and Board, and steer cross-functional projects across both Hong Kong and Mainland China,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline.
• About 5-7 years of work experience in leading consulting firms, corporates or institutions.
• Strong business acumen.
• Outstanding analytical, communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Attention to detail.
• Adept at translating complex ideas into clear, impactful storytelling.
• Strong curiosity with a high learning aptitude and the ability to quickly grasp new concepts and knowledge.
• Demonstrate agility, collaboration, accountability and result-orientation as part of the Club's One Club One Team culture.
• Master's degree (preferred).
• Experience in corporate strategy and business planning (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Support Club-wide annual IBP management with Finance and HR, including orchestrating senior management workshops for direction setting and resource prioritisation, shaping and enhancing the IBP approach, deliverables and timelines
• And orchestrating efforts across stakeholder groups to ensure efficient and effective communication and implementation.
• Collaborate with partner divisions in strategic plan and KPI development and in driving and orchestrating Club-wide initiatives for the integrated business model of the Club.
• Support quarterly corporate performance reviews and KPI reporting to facilitate corporate KPI progress tracking and performance zoom-ins.
• Provide support to CEO-chaired Committee(s) management to facilitate visibility and alignment on strategic priorities and projects.
• Support overall project management and PMO responsibilities of cross-divisional taskforce or projects for various initiatives for the Club.
• Work with other CSBPO/TO team members and other divisions in corporate strategy development and orchestration and other corporate and business planning initiatives related to the Club’s integrated business model.
• Support additional projects or assignments based on supervisor guidance and approval.

About the Role

The role sits within the Corporate Strategy & Business Planning Office (CSBPO), which supports the CEO and Board of Management to define, implement and govern corporate strategy and uphold the Club's integrated business model. CSBPO focuses on corporate strategy development, gaming revenue management, strategic-led Integrated Business Planning, Corporate KPI setting and tracking, governance and BOS engagement, and other special corporate projects with the CEO's direct mandate. The job holder plays a key role in shaping and driving the Club-wide annual Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process with partners including Finance and HR. The role partners with divisions to support the development of corporate KPIs and business plans, and supports cross-functional corporate strategic or transformation projects in Hong Kong and/or Mainland China. The job holder may also support additional projects or assignments based on supervisor guidance and approval.
