Job summary

The Hong Kong Jockey Club, founded in 1884, seeks a Head of Finance & Administration to lead the Corporate Strategy and Business Planning Office. The role drives the Club-wide Integrated Business Planning process, partnering with Finance and HR, and shaping KPI development and corporate planning across Hong Kong and Mainland China.

You will mentor teams, govern CEO-level initiatives, and use strong business acumen and storytelling to turn complex data into actionable strategy and results.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a business-related discipline is preferred.
• 8–12 years of work experience in leading consulting firms, corporates or institutions; experience in corporate strategy and planning is a plus.
• Strong business acumen with outstanding analytical, communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Able to translate complex ideas into clear, impactful storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Shape and drive the Club-wide Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process with Finance and HR and orchestrate senior management workshops.
• Partner divisions to develop corporate KPIs and business plans and drive Club-wide initiatives.
• Support cross-functional corporate strategic or transformation projects in Hong Kong and/or Mainland China.
• Provide governance support to CEO-chaired committees and PMO responsibilities for cross-divisional projects.
• Work with CSBPO/TO teams and divisions on corporate strategy and business planning initiatives.
• Support team development through coaching and capability building.
