The Hong Kong Jockey Club seeks a Manager for Corporate Strategy & Business Planning to drive the annual Integrated Business Planning process in collaboration with Finance and HR, and to partner with divisions on KPI development and business plans.

The role involves supporting cross-functional strategic or transformation projects in Hong Kong and Mainland China, contributing to a One Club One Team culture with agility, accountability and results orientation.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline; a Master's degree is a plus.
• 5-7 years of work experience in leading consulting firms/corporates/institutions with experience in corporate strategy and business planning a plus.
• Strong business acumen with outstanding analytical, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities; ability to translate complex ideas into clear storytelling.
• Strong learning aptitude with the ability to quickly grasp new concepts and knowledge.

Aufgaben

• Club-wide strategic-led IBP management in partnership with Finance and HR, including orchestrating senior management workshops for direction setting and prioritization; shaping and enhancing the IBP approach, deliverables and timelines.
• Collaborate with partner divisions in strategic plan and KPI development and in driving Club-wide initiatives for the integrated business model.
• Support quarterly corporate performance reviews and KPI reporting for performance tracking.
• Provide PMO support and governance for CEO-chaired committees and cross-divisional projects.
• Support cross-divisional strategy development, orchestration and other corporate and business planning initiatives.
