Job summary

Guotai Junan International in Hong Kong is seeking a senior strategic planning professional to help shape the company's direction by developing strategic and annual business plans, establishing pathways and milestones, and translating executive goals into actionable roadmaps.

You will work with Headquarters to align objectives, draft high-impact management decks, and lead cross-functional projects to ensure delivery of strategic priorities in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience in financial services, investment banking, consulting or strategy background preferred.
• Possesses strong strategic orientation, ability to think critically, and evaluate impacts of plans.
• Excellent command of writing in Chinese and English.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, including ability to concisely, accurately and effectively structure and communicate both content and message.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects and competing priorities simultaneously under tight deadlines and high-pressure environments. A strong team player with experience collaborating across diverse, cross-cultural teams is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the development of the company's strategic and annual business plans, establishing well-defined strategic pathways and corresponding performance milestones at each stage.
• Translate executive strategic goals into actionable business plans and KPIs, anddesign execution frameworks that ensure the consistent delivery of organizational objectives.
• Contribute to drafting and preparing corporate strategic planning documents, regular operational review reports, and high-impact presentation decks for senior management.
• Liaise and coordinate with Headquarters to ensure alignment and mutual achievement of both company and HQ management objectives.
• Actively participate in departmental and cross-functional projects, driving collaboration and ensuring project outcomes align with broader organizational goals.
