Job summary

GLOBAL SPORTS JOBS LIMITED is seeking a proficient professional to support the MCE Division in planning, budgeting and strategy development in Hong Kong. You will coordinate planning across MCE and finance, drive KPI setting and performance reviews, and help allocate resources for strategic initiatives.

The role emphasizes governance, reporting improvements, and analytical support to enable informed decision-making and enhanced performance across business units.

Qualifications

• A university degree in Business, Finance or related disciplines.
• At least 5 years of demonstrable experience in business planning, budgeting and performance management.
• Sound knowledge of strategy development and performance management methodologies.
• Strong coordination and communication skills with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Support development and update of the 5-year plan aligned with MCE directions.
• Assist in prioritising Operational Initiatives (OIs) for MCE with criteria and method.
• Coordinate annual planning and budgeting, including reforecasting across MCE teams.
• Coordinate and organise performance reviews; discuss topics like marketing expenses.
• Support KPI definition, review and tracking aligned with priorities and objectives.
• Develop partnerships with business units for planning, performance and analytics support.
• Assist in monitoring results, variance analysis, risks and opportunities, actionable insights.
• Coordinate reporting and governance improvements to enhance accountability.
• Collaborate with business and finance on planning and reviews of initiatives and projects.
• Monitor initiative delivery and consolidate performance updates for governance forums.
