Job summary

MoneyHero Group in Hong Kong is seeking a seasoned People Business Partner to support Commercial, Business Development, Insurance, Marketing and Creatory across the region.

You will partner with senior leaders to translate business priorities into practical workforce, talent and organisation strategies, drive performance management, succession planning and engagement initiatives while ensuring adherence to local employment considerations and governance.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of progressive People & Talent experience, with substantial HR business partnering experience.
• Experience partnering with commercial, sales or other revenue‑generating teams in regional contexts.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate priorities into people strategies.
• Advising senior leaders on workforce planning, organisation design, and performance management.
• Experience managing employee relations matters and governance.
• Excellent written and verbal English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Degree in HR/Business/Psychology; HR certification would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Partner with regional leaders to translate business priorities into workforce, talent and organisational plans.
• Lead workforce planning, organisation design, and succession considerations across functions.
• Drive performance management, development planning and retention initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to employment laws and governance while handling sensitive matters.
• Collaborate with People Operations on end-to-end employee lifecycle and processes.
