Job summary

Links International is partnering with a leading APAC organisation to appoint an HR Business Partner who collaborates with business leaders to drive people strategies, talent acquisition, engagement, and operational excellence. Reporting to the Senior People & Culture Business Partner, you will support performance management, employee relations, change initiatives, and data-driven HR improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
• HR Generalist/HRBP/People Operations experience.
• Knowledge of HR practices and employment law.
• Experience with Workday or HRIS.
• Strong stakeholder management and communications.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical, commercially focused HR support to managers and employees.
• Lead initiatives in performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and workforce planning.
• Advise on employee relations, grievances, and policy interpretation.
• Support organisational change, restructurings, and people projects.
• Leverage HR data to improve employee experience and business outcomes.
