Job summary

KOS International Limited in Hong Kong seeks an experienced HR Business Partner (Assistant Manager / Manager) to support business growth and drive people initiatives across the organization. You will partner with business leaders, advise on workforce planning, talent management, and HR transformation, while ensuring compliance with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and policies.

Fluency in English and Chinese is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR management, business admin or related.
• 8–15 years HR experience; suitable for Assistant Manager.
• Proven HRBP experience supporting corporate functions or business units.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of HK Employment Ordinance and HR best practices.
• Mature, stable, hands-on with strong business acumen.
• Able to work independently while collaborating with stakeholders.
• Proficient in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to provide strategic HR support.
• Advise on workforce planning, talent management and org development.
• Support performance management and succession planning.
• Guide employee relations and policy compliance.
• Collaborate with COEs on recruitment, comp & benefits, L&D.
• Analyze HR metrics to support decisions.
• Drive HR transformation and change management.
• Support ad-hoc HR projects.
