Job summary

Y.L. Yang Foundation in Hong Kong is seeking a proactive Officer/Senior Officer, Partnerships & Programs for a 3-month contract to support planning and delivery of Foundation projects, focusing on collaboration with secondary schools, NGOs and community organizations.

The role manages projects from initial engagement through proposal development, run-downs and post-project follow-up, coordinating with partners, site colleagues, vendors and program contributors to ensure a high-quality guest

Qualifications

3–5 years of relevant experience in project coordination, program delivery, events, education programs, account servicing, partnership coordination, NGO/community engagement, or related fields.

Responsibilities

Lead assigned projects from initial partner discussion through planning, implementation, feedback collection, and project closure.
Communicate and build working relationships with secondary schools, NGOs, community organizations, and other external stakeholders.
Understand partner needs, audience profiles, and objectives, and recommend suitable Y.L. Yang Foundation offerings, program formats, and engagement activities.
Prepare and tailor presentation decks, program proposals, itineraries, project briefs, and partner-facing communications.
Develop and maintain project timelines, work plans, program run-downs, and coordination checklists; follow up on tasks and deliverables to ensure timely execution.
