Job summary

Resolve Foundation is seeking an Operations Associate in Hong Kong to serve as the operational anchor, coordinating finance, HR, facilities, IT, and internship programs. You will report to the Operations Director and help maintain efficient systems across the organisation.

Expect a 12-month full-time contract with renewal subject to performance and funding. The role demands strong organizational skills, bilingual communication, and familiarity with CRM and accounting tools.

Qualifications

• Experience: fresh graduates welcome or 1–3 years in bookkeeping, admin, HR support, or operations roles.
• Strong organizational skills and strict data confidentiality.
• Tech-savvy with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365; familiarity with HR software.
• CRM and accounting system proficiency; exposure to Odoo and Xero is beneficial.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese for local vendor and partner communications.

Responsibilities

• Provide internal finance support including day-to-day bookkeeping with external accountants.
• Handle HR operations such as onboarding/offboarding, attendance tracking, and payroll data preparation.
• Support office administration, CRM maintenance, IT helpdesk, and liaison with external IT vendor.
• Manage internship program recruitment, onboarding, and experiences for interns.
