Job summary

Crossings Executive Search represents an internationally renowned NGO in Hong Kong seeking a Senior Manager for the Youth Education Enablement Programme.

The role leads research, design and implementation of the program, builds strong relationships with NGOs, schools, universities and government, and develops stakeholder engagement strategies to advance youth education initiatives. This is a senior, impact-driven position focused on expanding access to youth education services.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in relevant discipline.
• 10+ years of relevant experience focusing on charities program development.
• Proven track record in leading and delivering sizable initiatives.
• Experience in the social welfare sector will be an advantage.
• Passion to serve and contribute to society.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.
