Job summary

Y.L. Yang Foundation is seeking a proactive, organized, and partnership-oriented Officer/Senior Officer, Partnerships & Programs on a 3-month contract to support planning and delivery of ongoing and new Foundation projects.

The incumbent will own projects from initial engagement with education partners—primarily secondary schools—and NGOs through proposal development, program planning, coordination, execution, and post-project follow-up.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, program delivery, events or NGO engagement.
• Experience communicating with schools, educators, NGOs, or community partners preferred.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned projects from initial partner discussions through planning, implementation and closure.
• Communicate with schools, NGOs, and external stakeholders to build relationships.
• Identify partner needs and recommend suitable foundation offerings and activities.
• Prepare presentation decks, proposals, itineraries, and partner communications.
• Develop timelines, run-downs, and checklists to ensure timely execution.
• Coordinate information, logistics, and operational requirements with internal teams.
